The Cross-over gait is a product of gluteus medius and abdominal weakness and leaves the runner with much frontal plane hip movement, very little separation of the knees and a "cross over" of the feet, rendering a near "tight rope" running appearance where the feet seem to land on a straight line path.

The Kettlebell Mile is the product of a two-decade long search for a way to simultaneously train strength and aerobic capacity. I had much learning and tinkering to do first but finally, the science and my experience (and that of others) converged around this simple idea. What follows is a brief description of that process.

Let plastic paver patio base panels take the place of the gravel base to eliminate tons of labor.

Paver patio base panels are made from lightweight high-density polypropylene. The panels typically have tongue-and-groove or shiplap edges to keep the panel edges flush with one another. You may wonder how a thin plastic mat can effectively replace a 6-in.-deep layer of compacted gravel. The answer is that the panels spread out the load, so the weight of a person walking on the patio is distributed more widely. Distributing the load puts less pressure on the soil and prevents the paver bricks from becoming uneven.

When designing a website, the most important thing is to make it as usable and convenient as possible. On a website on which users could possibly get confused, it is best to include help elements. Help elements come in all different shapes and sizes: an entire page, a suggestion box or a quick tip. But they all have one thing in common: besides doing the obvious (i.e. helping the user), help elements provide an extra convenience that brings the website closer to that sought-after usability.

I find working with the grid helpful. The grid helps to maintain consistency across the different layouts and make faster design decisions. Grids give more precise control over alignments and layout on different screen sizes.

Fixed-Width Layout Grid Setup

To set up a fixed-width grid, we use fixed numeric value for gutters and columns. I recommend 74px wide columns, 32px wide gutters and 16px side margins on each side.

Mobile View

For mobile devices, we use a fluid grid where gutters and side margins have fixed numeric values. I recommend 16px wide gutters and 16px wide side margins on each side.
We can design mobile interfaces at 360×640 sized artboard.
Mobile devices have a small screen resolution. If we display the 12 separate columns, gutters, and side margins on such a small resolution, it becomes quite cumbersome to design at scale.

The BCP (Bulk Copy Program) utility is a command line that program that bulk-copies data between a SQL instance and a data file using a special format file.

Allulose is on the top of my sweetener preference list for both objective and subjective reasons.

Although allulose is not as sweet as sugar, I have found that when my daughter bakes with a 1:1 replacement ratio as called upon by recipes, it is still plenty sweet. In short, allulose provides a reasonable amount of sweetness for my family. One aesthetic caveat is that allulose browns in the baking process so it is best used for darker-colored goods…unless you are like me and don’t mind a brown-colored angel food cake.
