The only time you need to consider a client-server setup is:

• Where you have multiple physical machines accessing the same database server over a network. In this setup you have a shared database between multiple clients.
• If your machine is extremely write busy, like accepting thousand upon thousands of simultaneous write requests every second, then you also need a client-server setup because a client-server database is specifically build to handle that.
• If you're working with very big datasets, like in the terabytes size. A client-server approach is better suited for large datasets because the database will split files up into smaller files whereas SQLite only works with a single file.

At Famous Lunch, a long, historic counter diner on Congress Street, we bought the special: four mini dogs and an RC Cola, $5.75. Birch bark should be harvested in the spring when the sap is running in the trees. However, if done too late in the season the cambium (inner bark) will come off with the outer bark. If the cambium is damaged the tree may die. If done right, a tree will re-grow its bark over the course of 10-20 years. • Make drop shadow blur values double their distance values
• Keep container colours within brightness limits
• Make horizontal padding twice the vertical padding in buttons
• Nest corners properly
• Don’t put two hard divides next to each other

Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
In large bowl whisk together 2 ½ cups flour, salt, and baking soda. Add in your buttermilk and raisins (if using) and stir until it just comes together.
Turn out onto lightly floured surface and knead until it forms a smooth ball. Gradually add more flour as necessary to achieve a dough that is firm and not sticky.
Dust the outside with flour and place on an un-greased baking sheet. Use a sharp knife to slash a one inch deep cross on top of the loaf.
Bake in oven for 35 minutes or until golden brown.

Designing Type by Karen Cheng is an incredible reference, but its not exactly the best way to get started designing your own type IMO. I'd suggest Designing Fonts by Chris Campe & Ulrike Rausch. It's much more of a practical guide and takes you all the way through the type design process from ideation to sketching to vector drawing and letter spacing.
I also found The Stroke: Theory Of Writing by Gerrit Noordzij really helpful for conceptually understanding how to construct letters.

In addition to Cheng and Beier, get Bergsland Practical Font Design and fontmaking software (such as FontLabs). Have fun! If you want to get fancy, check out TypeDrawers, and The OpenType Cookbook.

If you’re looking for a general-purpose base image with a reasonable size that’s not based on musl, then you might consider using UBI (Universal Base Image) made by Red Hat, which has only 26.7MB in its "micro" version ( registry.access.redhat.com/ubi8-micro), which is also fairly close to Alpine.

Preview and choose the right type scale for your project. Experiment with font size, scale and different webfonts.

I take a lot of photos and save them in a colour folder on my phone. I have found potential palettes in book shops, supermarkets and even restaurant toilet decor!

I often take photos of colour palettes I’ve seen in galleries and museums. Looking back at photos for this post, I’ve realised that I’m repeatedly drawn to certain colour combinations.

I really love using a limited palette. I love the simplicity and impact it can have and the way it can focus attention on particular things.

git submodules are always the wrong solution. Yes, even the to the problem they were specifically invented to solve.
